Hovhannes is a handyman, good on the tools. But leads landed while he was mid-job, sat there, and by the time he got to his phone somebody else had the job.
So Anri and Hakob sat down with how he actually works and built something that answers for him. Not a chatbot. It runs on his rules and hands him booked jobs.
